I can't say why the slang translated Girl to Goat, esp since my quick google shows goat=heroin but it doesn't tie into the previous link of a goatonapole, so perhaps it was just a complement on your balance?

Yeah puppies are cuuute. Minus the peeing on the carpet and chewing the furniture traits.
